Mind Management Matters is a conversation featuring expert trainers, counsellors and consultants on strategies to survive changing and challenging times.

Who is it for?

Managing Mind Matters is designed for people who are challenged as a consequence of the pandemic and also for those who care for, support or live with someone dealing with grief, depression, anxiety or loneliness. 

Well being

How are you doing? Its a difficult question for some who don’t really know the answer. There are answers and strategies for finding a place of peace, calm, confidence and control. Its a mater of technique and this conference shows how.

The iCan Shine befriending service schedules weekly calls and tag ins with people who are isolating or alone. These calls are a life-line to the community
